This is a quick test piece done to check the viability of using speed paints to quickly build two armies for the English civil war period. All colours are speed paints except for the metallics and the handles of the pikes. One of the two models was primed in white, the other in zenethal. The zenethal didn't provide any significant improvements in quality so future work will be done with just the white primer, to make painting quicker.
